HOW TO ATTACK YOUR REHAB USING THE WARRIOR WAY
-
Put the Fire Out
First step is to always to bring your symptom levels down. We do that through exercise, dry needling, soft tissue mobilization, and joint manipulation and/or mobilization.
-
Address the Cause
Once your pain decreases we can dive into treating the root cause of your pain. It may be related to strength, mobility, endurance, training volume, and/or mechanics.
-
Keep the Pain Away
It’s never enough to only make sure your pain goes away. We will work to meet your overall fitness and health goals while making sure your pain stays away.

Take control of your pain through one-on-one care specifically designed to help you meet your health and fitness goals.

“After working with Warrior Physical Therapy and Performance for 12 weeks I was able to lift 265lbs over head without even thinking about my shoulder. My shoulder has never felt as strong and stable as it does now that I’ve worked with Warrior PT, not even after surgery and PT 4.5 years ago.”
Roxanna S.
“Jackson literally saved my back! I went to him hardly able to move and after just one session with him I felt a million times better. He takes the time to really listen to you and do everything in his power to make you feel better and get stronger at the same time. He has rebuilt my confidence, which is hard to do after an injury. He a blessing!”

“Best physical therapist I’ve seen. Has helped many members at our gym with old and new injuries with short term relief and long term recovery. He takes into account our lifestyle and training methodology. The exercises given are challenging, engaging, and most importantly, effective!”
Ryan F.
“Highly recommend to anyone with an injury looking to start moving again without pain, or if you simply just want to start moving better while also preventing the likelihood of injury. Jackson helped me work through multiple injuries that were preventing me from running, rucking, and moving properly through training.”
